Core Responsibilities:

- AI-Native Architecture: Lead the design and implementation of AI-integrated applications, leveraging Generative AI (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Agentic Workflows to solve complex business problems.

- Modernization Leadership: Architect the transformation of legacy monoliths into scalable Micro-services and Serverless architectures using the latest .NET 10+ capabilities.

- Intelligent Automation Strategy: Provide strategic leadership for Hyperautomation, bridging the gap between traditional RPA (UiPath) and AI-driven decision-making using Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot Studio.

- Strategic Pre-sales: Lead technical discovery, RFP responses, and SOW creation, translating high-level business vision into actionable AI and Cloud roadmaps.

- CoE Governance: Establish and feed best practices, reference architectures, and MLOps/DevSecOps standards into the Center of Excellence (CoE).

Technical Expertise

1. Modern .NET Stack & Web Services

- Expert Level: .NET 8/10+, ASP.NET Core, and C#

- Frontend: Senior-level experience in Angular or React with TypeScript.

- API Excellence: Deep knowledge of Minimal APIs, gRPC for high-performance microservices, and GraphQL, alongside traditional RESTful and WCF services.

- Legacy Knowledge: Broad experience with .NET Framework 3.5-4.8 to facilitate safe migration paths.

2. Power Platform & Hyperautomation

- Low-Code Strategy: Deep expertise in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) as an extension of professional development.

- Intelligent RPA: Leadership in UiPath or Power Automate Desktop, moving beyond rule-based bots to AI-assisted "Agentic" automation.

3. AI, ML, Cloud, DevOps

- MLOps/GenAIOps: Experience designing pipelines for model orchestration, versioning, and monitoring (using Azure Machine Learning or ML.NET).

- Vector Data: Familiarity with Vector Databases for RAG-based solutions.

- Orchestration: Expert-level experience with Kubernetes (AKS), Docker, and Container Apps.

- Cloud Native: Strong experience with Azure Native services (Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Cosmos DB).

- DevSecOps: Advanced knowledge of CI/CD (Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions) with integrated security scanning and Infrastructure as Code (Bicep/Terraform).
