Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and Azure-certified .NET Technical Lead to architect, design, and deliver robust, scalable, and secure cloud-native solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical depth in .NET and Azure ecosystems, along with proven leadership skills to guide teams, ensure best practices, and drive innovation in cloud-based application development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Solution Architecture & Design: Collaborating with architects and stakeholders to design scalable, secure and cost-efficient cloud solutions.

- Development & Deployment: Lead the full software development lifecycle from coding, unit testing, and integration to deployment using CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

- Technical Leadership: Mentor development teams, perform code reviews, and enforce industry-standard coding, testing, and security best practices.

- Cloud Optimization & Governance: Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize applications for scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency in Azure.

- Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Evaluate emerging tools, frameworks, and cloud services to improve architecture, performance, and developer productivity.

Required Skills:

- Deep .NET Proficiency: Strong command over C#, ASP.NET Core, Web API, and microservices architecture.

- Azure Cloud Services: Hands-on experience with key Azure components, including:

Compute:

- App Services, Azure Functions, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Virtual Machines

Storage & Databases:

- Blob Storage, Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, Queue Storage, File Storage

Integration & Messaging:

- Logic Apps, API Management, Service Bus, Event Grid

Networking & Security:

- Virtual Networks, NSGs, Azure Key Vault, App Gateway, Identity & Access Management (Azure AD, RBAC)

- Front-end Technologies: Familiarity with modern front-end frameworks like React or Angular is often a nice-to-have, especially for full-stack roles.

- Understanding of microservices architecture, event-driven architecture, and software design principles (like SOLID).

Certifications (Preferred):

- Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate (AZ-204)

- Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305)
