Role Overview:

- We are looking for a dynamic Senior Team Manager to lead and manage a high-performing team.

- The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving operational excellence, ensuring performance targets are met, and creating a collaborative and productive work culture.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs):

- Drive team performance and achieve monthly/quarterly operational and educational targets

- Monitor and manage daily operations to ensure smooth execution of training and administrative tasks

- Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of counselors, trainers, and support staff

- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and handle escalations effectively

- Implement team development strategies and training plans to boost individual productivity

- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide actionable feedback

- Collaborate with department heads to align team goals with organizational objectives

- Track student feedback, placement outcomes, and quality of training deliverables

- Manage scheduling, resource allocation, and center-level reporting

- Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and compliance standards
