Role Description:
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Hiring Manager based in Gurugram, with flexibility for partial remote work. The Hiring Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, identifying top talent, developing hiring strategies, and ensuring seamless onboarding. The role requires close coordination with business leaders, maintaining service quality standards, and driving recruitment efficiency across the organization.
Key Responsibilities (KRAs):
- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycles across functions.
- Develop and execute effective hiring strategies aligned with business needs.
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates to ensure strong talent pipelines.
- Conduct interviews and coordinate with stakeholders for selection decisions.
- Build and maintain relationships with department heads to understand hiring demands.
- Oversee onboarding processes to ensure smooth candidate transitions.
- Train and mentor recruitment team members to enhance capability and performance.
- Track recruitment metrics to evaluate process efficiency and improve outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with hiring policies, quality standards, and documentation.
- Strengthen employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality candidates.
Required Skillsets:
- Strong expertise in hiring and managing full-cycle recruitment.
- Proficiency in sourcing strategies, screening techniques, and interview evaluation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for candidate and stakeholder engagement.
- Strong understanding of service quality standards in recruitment.
- Ability to train, guide, and manage team members effectively.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple requirements.
- Adaptability to work efficiently in hybrid environments.
- Proficiency in HR systems, applicant tracking tools, and MS Office.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate recruitment metrics.
- Problem-solving capability and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
Qualifications:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
