Company Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager (Franchise Business) to spearhead franchise expansion for our skill development centres.
The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in franchise sales, strong client engagement capabilities, and a proven track record of driving business growth within the education and training industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive franchise acquisition efforts across targeted regions to expand the skill development centre network.
- Prepare and deliver impactful sales pitches to potential franchise partners.
- Lead pre-sales activities including lead qualification, solution presentation, and follow-ups.
- Understand client requirements and customize franchise proposals accordingly.
- Develop and present business proposals, presentations, MoUs, and necessary documentation.
- Manage end-to-end client interactions, ensuring a seamless franchise onboarding process.
- Maintain high levels of client satisfaction and uphold service quality standards.
- Oversee lead conversion activities and handle negotiation processes to close franchise deals.
- Build and nurture relationships with vendors, partners, and external stakeholders.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities in the franchise domain.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth franchise setup and support operations.

- Franchise acquisition targets achieved within assigned territories.
- Lead-to-franchise conversion ratio.
- Quality and retention rate of onboarded franchise partners.

Required Skillsets:
- Strong experience in franchise sales, preferably within skill development or coaching/training centres.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Expertise in preparing business proposals, sales pitches, and commercial documents.
- Proficiency in pre-sales and sales enablement activities.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Solid business acumen with analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple leads and opportunities with strong time management skills.
- Capability to work with vendors, partners, and cross-functional teams.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
