Job Description  - The incumbent will be responsible for managing university hiring and relations for SRI - B India and will be expected to strategise, plan and execute university hiring for India. He/She will be responsible for building relationship with internal (business groups) and external (colleges, placements officers and candidates) stakeholders for execution and fulfilling the demand.  - Travel will be required to various campuses / universities in India for the hiring and engagement activities in the specified season and facilitate the expected selection and engagement process and will be expected to track and report out the progress and status of the hiring demand from time to time. Interaction with the India site stakeholders to ensure complete demand compilation and delivery of the same will be necessary as will the interaction with global and cross regional team members for program execution.  This role will be a combination of recruiting and relationship building with universities.  Desired Skills & Experience  - MBA in HR from a premier Institute   - 7 + years of experience in staffing, university recruitment and relations  - Should have operationally managed a team.  - Understanding of university hiring practices in the Indian market, with visible contacts in the universities, knowledge of the Indian compensation and benefits structure tax laws.  - Hands on Knowledge of MS office, outlook, excel, word, power-point  - Awareness of India campus hiring pattern and season  - Should be comfortable with travelling within the country for hiring and engagement  - Good Communication, Interaction and presentation skills,   - Energetic and enthusiastic  - Good in program management and Stakeholder management  - Should be able to execute on specified timelines
