It is the only R&D Centre which deals with the R&D of the Samsung feature phones.  Requirement Details:   Qualification : MBA from top B school + B.E  Title: AM/DM  Experience: 2-4 years  Mandatory Skills:   - Should have hands on experience in technical lateral recruitments and closing the requirements on time.   - Should be able to independently work on critical open positions.  - Good spoken and written communication skills along with the ability to articulate effectively.  - Have strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative work style.  - Strong sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills required  - Strong interest in IT/Technology innovations, keen to follow industry trends and the ability to - talk shop- with technical candidates  - Deep knowledge of recruiting strategies, channels, and processes.  - Good experience in MS Office tools (Word, Excel & Powerpoint).  - Good in HR concepts as well as technical knowledge.  Desired Experience (in any of the below areas):  - The ability to prioritize, manage time well, and work closely with the technology team to quickly address needs and adjust focus as needed.  - Some good process improvement initiatives through his past experience  - Acquaintance to latest recruitment trends  - Willingness to learn & work in a team.  - Head hunting experience will be a plus.  Roles and Responsibilities   - Screening, scheduling interviews, coordination with the short listed candidates through telephonic, in-person or video conference.   - Conducting HR interviews, Salary negotiation & closure within the designed salary band, ensuring cost effective hiring.   - Helping in campus hiring initiatives as and when required.  - Utilize social media recruiting skills to market the open positions, attract talent and build online communities.   - Other responsibilities as so may be assigned from time to time to support specific business needs or peak periods.  Samsung is growing at an impressive rate.
