
I) Support in various Compensation-related activities:
- Salary Increments: Prepare the budget proposal basis internal and external factors, and drive the increment exercise for SIEL-S
- Salary benchmarking: Conduct salary surveys and analyse market data to ensure SIEL's competitiveness. Basis the benchmarking results, create the salary ranges for all the job families
- Sales Incentive Policy: Manage Sales Incentives, analyse the incentive data and collaborate with SOP & Business teams to communicate and implement policy changes.
- Analyse compensation data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement
- Performance Bonus: Perform calculations basis the Performance Policy and ensure 100% accuracy. Create senior leadership template for the CEO and HR leadership to take the final decision.
II) Employee Benefit Plan:
- Review the efficacy of the employee benefits and basis cost simulation, recommend changes to the various employee-related benefits
- Help administer the Employee Benefits
III) Dashboarding:
- Responsible for the management & development of central forecasting models for HR costs & Headcount Plan for SIEL-S.
- Managing production of management reporting on a pre-defined frequency for various business & functional groups to facilitate timely strategic decision-making by key stakeholders
