GROWTHSPIRIT, an investment arm of Mr. Aditya Sanghi, has envisioned a dream project for a greenfield 2000 TPD Cement Plant in Andhra Pradesh. The Company is also putting up a renewable energy project, viz. 300 MW Solar Power Generation Plant with backward integration of manufacturing Solar Glass by establishing a 300 TPD Solar Glass manufacturing Unit.

Primary Role:

- Lead the planning, strategizing, and execution of cement projects from concept to commissioning.

- Ensure delivery within budget, meeting quality, safety, environmental, and timeline requirements.

- Identify greenfield and brownfield opportunities based on market trends and regional growth.

- Conduct technical and commercial bid evaluations and site feasibility studies.

- Finalize plant layout, systems, and engineering scope.

- Drive cost reduction initiatives and process excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare budget projections, resource plans, and time schedules.

- Oversee engineering, procurement, and commissioning across civil, mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation disciplines.

- Monitor budget vs actuals and implement corrective actions.

- Manage project risks and ensure compliance with statutory safety norms.

- Liaise with local authorities for land procurement and site development.

- Collaborate with Business Development, Strategy, and Plant Heads for capex planning.

- Engage with vendors, consultants, and suppliers for seamless project execution.

- Ensure sustainability measures are integrated into project design.
