About the Role:

- We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the successful planning, execution, and delivery of projects across the organization.

- The ideal candidate will manage cross-functional teams, ensure project milestones are achieved, mitigate risks, and maintain strong communication with stakeholders.

- This role requires strong leadership, organizational excellence, and the ability to manage complex, multi-phase initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, resource plans, and budgets.

- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closing.

- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with business goals.

- Coordinate internal teams and external partners to ensure project progress.

- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to align expectations and resolve issues.

- Lead project meetings, presentations, and status updates for leadership.

- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies.

- Ensure adherence to quality standards, compliance requirements, and governance frameworks.

- Conduct project reviews, retrospectives, and drive continuous improvement.

- Maintain project documentation including SOWs, requirements, plans, and reports.

- Track and report project status, KPIs, and performance metrics.

- Ensure accurate financial tracking and project forecasting.

- Implement project management best practices, methodologies, and tools (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid).

- Ensure timely delivery of project milestones within budget and scope.

- Support change management and communication plans for project rollout.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 5-6+ years of experience in project management, ideally in IT, software development, or related domain.

- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).

- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

- Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project, Trello, ClickUp).

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

- Ability to drive teams toward goals in fast-paced, dynamic environments
