About the Role:
The Head of Delivery - IT Services is responsible for leading the delivery of IT services and technology solutions for clients. This role oversees multiple projects and programs, ensuring high-quality service, on-time delivery, and customer satisfaction. The Head of Delivery acts as a strategic leader, driving operational excellence, process improvement, and team development across all delivery functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of IT services and technology solutions for clients.
- Manage large and complex projects across multiple domains, ensuring successful outcomes.
- Develop, implement, and maintain delivery frameworks, methodologies, and best practices.
- Ensure consistent quality, timely delivery, and client satisfaction.
- Lead, mentor, and manage delivery teams across multiple technology and service streams.
- Drive operational efficiency, continuous improvement, and innovation in service delivery.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align delivery strategies with organizational goals.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field.
- 12-15 years of experience in IT services delivery or technology project management.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large and complex IT projects.
- Strong understanding of global IT service delivery models and best practices.
- Expertise in project and program management methodologies (Agile, ITIL, etc.).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
