Were assembling a small, world-class founding team that combines creativity, science, and engineering excellence and were now looking for our Co-Founder Product & Technology to lead this revolution from prototype to global scale.

The Role:

As Co-Founder Product & Technology, youll be the architect and driver of the product vision, translating concept into tangible, globally compliant hardware. You will lead the journey from idea design manufacturing certification launch.

This is a zero-to-one leadership role, demanding both strategic depth and sleeves-rolled-up execution. Youll work alongside the Founder to:

- Build and lead the product, design, and engineering roadmap.

- Shape the technology architecture, manufacturing strategy, and global scalability plan.

- Partner with world-class ODM and EMS teams in India, Southeast Asia, and China to bring a breakthrough device to market.

- Lead compliance and certification (CE, FCC, BIS, IEC, etc.) for global readiness.

- Design for manufacturability, sustainability, and long-term cost efficiency.

- Balance speed, safety, and performance through iterative prototyping and testing.

- Collaborate with design, marketing, and supply chain partners to deliver a premium consumer experience.

- Build a high-performing product and engineering culture that thrives on curiosity, ownership, and creative problem-solving.

Who You Are:

Were looking for a rare mix of engineer, builder, and visionary someone who can imagine the impossible and make it real.

You may have led product and tech at a hardware startup, consumer electronics, or IoT company, or built from scratch within a global organization. Youre not afraid of ambiguity or constraints in fact, you thrive on them.

Preferred Background:

- 10-20 years in hardware product development, IoT, consumer electronics, or wearables.

- Strong experience in end-to-end product lifecycle: concept DFM/DFX prototyping mass production.

- Experience working with ODMs/EMS partners in India, China, or SE Asia.

- Familiar with certification and compliance frameworks (CE, FCC, BIS, UL, etc.).

- Proven ability to build and scale cross-functional teams (engineering, design, QA, supply chain).

- Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in startups or early-stage ecosystems.

- Excellent understanding of BOM optimization, costing, and supply chain management.

- Strong technical foundation (Electronics, Embedded Systems, Mechatronics, or related fields).

- A believer in design thinking, rapid prototyping, and iterative learning.
