Partnership & Alliance Manager
About:
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new strategic partners (banks, NBFCs, insurance companies, aggregators, etc.)
- Lead partnership negotiations including commercials, scope of collaboration, SLAs, and integrations
- Build go-to-market plans with partners to jointly scale customer acquisition or lending volumes
- Manage end-to-end partner lifecycle - from initial pitch to onboarding, activation, and ongoing relationship management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (legal, product, tech, risk, compliance) to ensure successful partner integrations
- Monitor performance of existing alliances and optimize for higher ROI, product stickiness, or partner satisfaction
- Stay abreast of industry trends and partnership opportunities within the fintech and BFSI ecosystem
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to build new alliances
Requirements:
- 4-8 years of experience in strategic partnerships, alliances, or business development, preferably in fintech/BFSI
- Deep understanding of the digital lending, credit, insurance, or embedded finance landscape
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate commercial models and partner performance
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment
- Proven ability to manage senior-level relationships and align multiple stakeholders
