Role Overview:

Were looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Manager who can take full ownership of revenue growth across paid channels. This role is not about just running ads-its about driving profitable scale, improving CAC, and building a repeatable growth engine.

Youll work closely with founders, creative teams, and operations to ensure marketing translates directly into sales and contribution margin.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Paid Media Strategy & Execution

Own and scale performance marketing across:

- Meta (Facebook & Instagram Ads)

- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)

- Plan and execute monthly budgets with clear ROI targets

- Continuously test and iterate campaigns (audiences, creatives, funnels)

2. Profitability & Metrics Ownership

Track and optimize:

- CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost)

- ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)

- MER (Marketing Efficiency Ratio)

- Align campaigns with inventory, margins, and business goals

- Ensure growth is profitable, not vanity-driven

3. Creative Strategy Collaboration

- Work with design/content team to:

- Develop high-performing ad creatives (static + video)

- Build hooks, angles, and messaging frameworks

- Identify winning patterns and scale them aggressively

4. Funnel & Conversion Optimization

- Improve website conversion rates (landing pages, product pages)

Optimize full funnel:

- Ad Landing Purchase Retention

- Collaborate with Shopify / tech team for CRO improvements

5. Data Analysis & Reporting

Build daily/weekly dashboards:

- Campaign performance

- Channel-level insights

- Product-level profitability

- Translate data into clear actions (not just reports)

6. Experimentation & Growth

Run structured experiments:

- New channels (e.g., YouTube)

- New audience segments

- Offer testing (discounts, bundles)

- Stay ahead of trends and platform changes

Requirements:

Experience:

- 4+ years in performance marketing (preferably D2C/e-commerce)

- Proven track record of scaling ad spend profitably

Strong hands-on expertise in:

- Meta Ads Manager

- Google Ads

Deep understanding of:

- Attribution models

- Funnel metrics

- Creative testing frameworks

- Analytical mindset (comfortable with data, Excel, dashboards)

Mindset (Non-Negotiable):

- Ownership: Think like a business owner, not an employee

- Numbers-first: Decisions backed by data, not opinions

- Speed: Execute fast, learn faster

- No fluff: Focus on what drives revenue

Bonus Points:

- Experience in fashion/apparel brands

- Familiarity with Shopify, Google Analytics, Triple Whale, etc.

- Experience working with influencers or UGC pipelines

What Youll Be Measured On:

- Revenue growth from paid channels

- CAC & ROAS improvement

- Creative testing velocity

- Contribution margin impact

Why Join SALT Attire:

- Direct exposure to founders and decision-making

- High ownership, zero bureaucracy

- Opportunity to build and scale a brand, not just run ads
