About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce System Architect who will own the technical integrity and scalability of enterprise Salesforce implementations across our diverse global customer base.

This is a strategic, hands-on role requiring deep technical expertise in Salesforce platform architecture, data governance, integrations, security, and performance tuning. You'll collaborate with Solution Architects, Technical Leads, and Practice Heads to ensure we build robust, scalable, and future-ready systems

Key Responsibilities:

Platform Architecture & Design:

- Define and maintain the technical architecture across Salesforce multi-cloud environments (Sales, Service, Experience, Health, CPQ, etc.)

- Design scalable component-based architecture aligning with Salesforce limits and best practices

- Ensure technical feasibility and optimization for high-volume data models, automation, and integrations

Integration & Middleware Strategy:

- Lead design and implementation of integration between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware (MuleSoft, Boomi, etc.)

- Define API strategy (sync/async, error handling, bulk operations) and security protocols

Data & Metadata Management:

- Architect solutions for data migration, deduplication, archiving, and lifecycle management

- Define metadata strategy, object model design, and handle large data volumes (LDV)

- Optimize data storage and governor limit utilization

Maturity & Compliance:

- Design and implement role hierarchies, sharing models, and authentication strategies (SSO, OAuth, etc.)

- Ensure org compliance with GDPR, HIPAA (if applicable), and internal InfoSec standards

- Implement field-level security, encryption, and audit mechanisms Performance Optimization & DevOps
