
Salesforce Solution Architect
- CUBE84 is on a mission to simplify Salesforce implementations and management for organizations all over the world. I'm looking for someone who is always ready to put themselves out there to explore & grow as a team player, and at same time help us create quick and empowered service outcomes
- 5 to 6 years of hands-on Salesforce experience (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud & Experience Cloud).
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong experience working on large-scale implementations as a Solution Architect.
- Ability to work with global clients (US & UK markets) and handle different business dynamics.
- Expertise in designing scalable solutions with complex integrations and automation workflows.
- A growth mindset, solution-oriented attitude, and passion for continuous learning.
- Knowledge of Nonprofit Cloud or Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP)
- Familiarity with Salesforce Data Cloud, Generative AI, and Einstein AI solutions
What you will do:
Solution Design & Architecture:
- Lead requirement gathering sessions, understand business needs, and define project scope.
- Design scalable and efficient Salesforce architectures, adhering to industry best practices.
- Create technical architecture diagrams and workflow designs to simplify complex concepts.
- Ensure seamless integration with third-party applications, AI tools, and Data Cloud.
- Implement automation strategies to optimize performance and enhance user experience
Technical Leadership & Strategy:
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing best practice recommendations on Salesforce configurations and architecture strategies.
- Guide and mentor developers and consultants, ensuring high-quality solution delivery.
- Stay updated on Salesforce innovations, Data Cloud, and AI advancements to enhance solution offerings.
- Ensure compliance with security, scalability, and data privacy standards
Client Engagement & Storytelling:
- Translate technical solutions into clear business benefits for stakeholders.
- Deliver impactful demos and proposal presentations to showcase solution value.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring customer success
Organizational Initiatives & Growth:
- Contribute to internal knowledge sharing, best practice documentation, and playbooks.
- Support pre-sales activities, including RFP responses and solution estimation.
- Actively participate in mentoring initiatives, supporting women in tech and diversity programs.
Flexible Work Timings:
At CUBE84, we work five days a week from Monday to Friday. It's usually up to you to set your own work timings. However, certain job roles will require you to be available at specific times.
