We are currently hiring a Salesforce Project Manager for one of our esteemed clients, a leading IT technology consulting firm specializing in innovative solutions and services.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Project Manager (SFDC PM) to lead and manage Salesforce implementation, enhancement, and support projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for project planning, stakeholder management, team coordination, delivery governance, and ensuring successful execution of Salesforce initiatives aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end Salesforce projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, architects, developers, QA, and Business Analysts to define project scope and objectives.

- Drive project timelines, resource planning, risk management, and dependency tracking.

- Ensure successful delivery of Salesforce implementations, enhancements, and integrations.

- Conduct project status meetings, sprint planning, and stakeholder communication.

- Monitor project progress, budgets, timelines, and quality metrics to ensure timely delivery.

- Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and escalations.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.

- Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum methodologies and project governance standards.

- Prepare project documentation, reports, and executive status updates.

Required Skills:

- Strong experience in managing Salesforce (SFDC) projects and delivery.

- Good understanding of Salesforce ecosystem, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and integrations.

- Experience in Agile/Scrum project management methodologies.

- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

- Experience in project planning, risk management, budgeting, and resource allocation.

- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and project tracking tools.

- Ability to coordinate with technical and functional teams effectively.

Preferred Skills:

- Salesforce certifications and/or Project Management certifications (PMP, Scrum Master, Agile) are preferred.

- Experience managing large-scale digital transformation or CRM implementation projects.

- Exposure to DevOps and release management processes is an added advantage.

- Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Management, or related field.
