Salesforce Lead/Architect

Role Overview :

This pivotal role involves spearheading the design, development, and implementation of robust and scalable Salesforce solutions, driving significant digital transformation initiatives. The Salesforce Lead/Architect will operate at the intersection of business strategy and technical execution, working closely with cross-functional teams, senior business stakeholders, and clients to translate complex requirements into innovative and efficient Salesforce platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the architectural design and implementation of complex Salesforce solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and adherence to best practices for various business units.

- Mentor and guide a team of Salesforce developers and consultants, fostering technical growth and ensuring high-quality code delivery and solution integrity.

- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of Salesforce projects, from requirements gathering and solution design to deployment and post-launch support, for critical business initiatives.

- Partner with business stakeholders and product owners to translate strategic objectives into technical requirements and deliver innovative Salesforce Service Cloud solutions that meet evolving business needs.

- Drive the adoption of Apex, Lightning Component Framework, and JavaScript best practices, ensuring robust, maintainable, and future-proof Salesforce applications.

Required Skillset :

- Deep expertise in Salesforce platform architecture, design patterns, and best practices.

- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and JavaScript.

- Extensive experience with Salesforce Service Cloud implementation and customization.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce integration patterns and data migration strategies.

- Demonstrated ability to lead complex Salesforce implementations from conception to deployment.

- Exceptional leadership and team-handling capabilities, with a proven track record of mentoring and developing high-performing technical teams.

- Superior communication and presentation skills, adept at articulating complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving acumen, capable of navigating ambiguous requirements and delivering innovative solutions.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field from a reputable institution.

- Relevant Salesforce Architect certifications (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect, Technical Architect) are highly desirable.

- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, collaborating effectively with local and global teams in a hybrid work model based in Gurgaon/Gurugram.
