
Strategic Leadership:
- Set the strategic vision and roadmap for the Salesforce Financial Services/Healthcare CoE, aligning with enterprise goals and market trends.
- Drive the go-to-market strategy to position Salesforce as a growth enabler in financial services/Healthcare services.
- Establish governance and best practices for Salesforce adoption across the organization.
- Identify and lead new business opportunities leveraging Salesforce to enhance customer engagement and deliver measurable outcomes.
Implementation and Development:
- Design and present financial services/healthcare and life sciences offerings leveraging Salesforce (Financial - FSC, nCino, Certinia, and related solutions)/Salesforce Health Cloud solutions.
- Lead business development and presales engagements, driving strategic solutioning and client conversations.
- Oversee end-to-end Salesforce delivery, including design, development, deployment, and integration for financial services use cases.
- Provide expertise in nCino capabilities, such as loan origination, onboarding, account management, and system integrations.
- Manage high-performing project teams for Salesforce implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.
- Ensure data integrity and quality through robust migration and cleansing processes.
Stakeholder Management:
- Engage with business leaders across sales, service, wealth, and operations to translate requirements into Salesforce solutions.
- Collaborate with Salesforce product and sales teams to influence roadmap and delivery priorities.
- Ensure alignment and communication between the CoE, business stakeholders, and IT teams for seamless execution.
- Champion Salesforce adoption and value realization across the organization by influencing key decision-makers
Team Leadership and Development:
- Build and lead a high-performing Salesforce CoE team of developers, administrators, analysts, and consultants.
- Provide mentorship and professional development to strengthen team capabilities.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the CoE.
Performance Monitoring and Optimization:
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of Salesforce implementations and user adoption.
- Analyze usage data to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary adjustments.
- Monitor system performance and address any technical issues
Required Skills and Experience:
- 8+ years of experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud and nCino/healthcare and life sciences domain.
- Salesforce certifications: Administrator, Sales, Service, FSC Specialist Superbadge, FSC Accredited Professional, OmniStudio Consultant, Banking Accredited Professional, Experience Cloud Consultant, and nCino. Health Cloud Specialist Superbadge, Health Cloud AP, OmniStudio Consultant, OmniStudio Developer
- Expertise in Salesforce FSC features, implementation, customization, and configuration.
- Proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams across development, business analysis, and project management.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills for effective collaboration.
- Deep knowledge of financial services industry practices, regulations, and banking operations, including loan lifecycle management OR Knowledge of healthcare industry practices and regulatory compliance (HIPAA, GDPR).
- Experience in successful nCino implementations within banking environments.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to measure Salesforce performance.
- Open to travel (up to 25%).
