JOB DESCRIPTION:
- A Senior CX/CRM Consultant will perform as an individual contributor/ lead a team on client engagements to develop work product/ Solution and act as a subject matter expert on CX/CRM consulting / CRM implementation projects.
- The candidate is expected to bring a mix of strong Industry knowledge and CRM domain orientation in Client engagements that will include framing issues, problem-structuring, demonstrating Thought Leadership, optimizing client processes, developing solutions and driving change management.
- The candidate will also be expected to help drive the CRM Consulting & Advisory leadership in practice development viz creating CRM Industry specific assets and reusable assets, new CRM consulting offerings that solve the client business problems and drive new business developments/ pursuits through consultative selling.
Desired Skills:
- MBA from a renowned institute preferred with Proven quantitative, analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual thinking skills
- 10+ years of experience in CRM Consulting or Advisory or 15+ years of experience working in an Industry as CRM user or in front-office processes or 15 years of experience in a CRM Functional area
- Excellent client interaction/ communication skills, collaborative work style, and strong interpersonal and team skills.
- CRM Domain knowledge with experience in either of the following industries Financial Services, Manufacturing, Utilities, Logistics, Telecom, Media, Retail and Consumer goods,. Strong Industry experts with knowledge of CRM - User of CRM or participated in CRM implementation can also apply
- Ability to drive consultative selling and engagements with clients
- Strong Requirements elicitation skills - eg. Design Thinking
- Awareness of Agile methodologies
