Salesforce Business Analyst (Manufacturing domain).

Gurgaon, India (Hybrid/Onsite).

About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related modules, with a proven ability to translate business objectives into well-defined technical deliverables.
This role will collaborate closely with stakeholders, product owners, developers, and architects to design scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate business needs into detailed user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria.
- Work closely with Salesforce developers, administrators, and QA teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
- Support configuration activities including workflows, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and data modeling.
- Assist in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and UAT sessions for Salesforce projects.
- Create documentation including process maps, business requirement documents (BRDs), and solution design documentation.
- Conduct end-user training sessions and provide ongoing post-implementation support.
- Stay updated on Salesforce platform updates, releases, and best practices to recommend optimizations.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Hands-on experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, and functional documentation.
- Familiarity with Salesforce data models, automation (Flows, Process Builder), and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in Agile / Scrum environments.
- Salesforce Administrator or Business Analyst certification preferred.
- Exposure to integration projects or working with middleware (MuleSoft, APIs) is an advantage.
Good to Have:
- Experience with enterprise-scale Salesforce environments or multi-org setups.
- Strong understanding of data governance and user adoption strategies
