
Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements under the guidance of senior analysts or project leads.
- Translate basic business needs into user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
- Work with Salesforce architects and developers to support solution design and clarify requirements.
- Participate in gap analysis activities and help identify areas for process improvements using Salesforce capabilities.
- Support UAT activities, including preparing test cases, coordinating with users, and tracking defects.
- Assist in release validation and help ensure readiness for deployments.
- Help maintain and organize the product backlog, ensuring updates are accurately captured.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, providing clear communication and timely follow-ups.
- Document system changes, workflows, and training materials as needed for user onboarding.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and support the team in project execution.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst on Salesforce Core (Sales, Service, or Experience Cloud).
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, process flows, and integration capabilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum) preferred.
- Salesforce certification (Admin or BA-related) is a plus
