We're Hiring: Salesforce Business Analyst Q2C.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our team, specializing in business process mapping for Quote to Cash (Q2C) domains.
This role will play a critical part in analyzing, documenting, and optimizing end-to-end Q2C processes.
Location: Pune.
Work Mode: Hybrid Mode.
Role: Salesforce Business Analyst Q2C.
What You'll Do:
- Analyze and document current-state Q2C processes, including quoting, contract management, order processing, invoicing, collections, and revenue recognition.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, Legal, Operations, IT) to gather requirements, identify pain points, and map out process flows using industry-standard methodologies and tools.
- Develop current-state process maps to aid in issues remediation and overall Q2C transformation program.
- Facilitate interviews with stakeholders to document current-state processes and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for Q2C processes, providing actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure process documentation is up-to-date, accessible, and compliant with internal controls and external regulations.
- Partner with technology teams to translate business requirements into system enhancements or automation opportunities.
What Were Looking For:
- Bachelors degree in business administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a business analyst, process analyst, or similar role, with a focus on Q2C or related business process domains.
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end Q2C processes and best practices.
- Proficiency in process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, ARIS) and methodologies (e.g., BPMN, Lean, Six Sigma).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with ERP, CRM, or Q2C-related systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
