Salesforce Architect - IT Technology Consulting Firm

We are currently hiring a Salesforce Architect (SFDC Architect) for one of our esteemed clients, a leading IT technology consulting firm specializing in innovative solutions and services.

Job Summary :

- Define and design end-to-end Salesforce architecture solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

- Lead technical solution design, architecture reviews, and best practice implementation.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, delivery teams, and leadership to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Provide guidance to developers, admins, and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle.

- Design and manage integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs and middleware platforms.

- Ensure scalability, security, performance, and governance standards are maintained.

- Review code quality, deployment strategies, and DevOps processes.

- Participate in estimation, solution planning, and technical roadmap discussions.

- Troubleshoot critical production issues and provide strategic resolutions.

Required Skills

- Strong expertise in Salesforce platform architecture and customization.

- Hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce APIs.

- Deep understanding of Salesforce security model, sharing rules, governor limits, and data architecture.

- Experience with enterprise integrations, REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.

- Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, Git, and deployment tools.

- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology.

- Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

- Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect, System Architect, or CTA preferred.

- Experience in large-scale Salesforce transformation programs.

- Exposure to Copado, MuleSoft, or other integration platforms is an added advantage.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
