Salesforce Architect

Role & Responsibilities:

- Design scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements and enterprise architecture standards.

- Lead Salesforce architecture discussions, solution design, technical strategy, and implementation planning.

- Translate business needs into Salesforce technical solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and other Salesforce platforms.

- Define Salesforce data model, security model, integration architecture, and application design patterns.

- Design and review integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms, and integration frameworks.

- Provide technical leadership to Salesforce developers, administrators, consultants, and implementation teams.

- Review technical designs, Apex code, Lightning Web Components (LWC), automation flows, and configuration changes for quality and scalability.

- Establish best practices for Salesforce development, deployment, governance, and release management.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to define solution roadmaps.

- Identify technical risks, recommend improvements, and ensure solutions meet performance, security, and compliance requirements.

- Support Salesforce transformation initiatives, platform upgrades, and enterprise-level implementations.

- Mentor junior architects and developers while promoting Salesforce best practices.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- 5-10 years of hands-on Salesforce experience with strong architecture and solution design expertise.

- Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations.

- Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, limitations, and best practices.

- Salesforce certifications preferred:

1. Salesforce Certified Application Architect

2. Salesforce Certified System Architect

3. Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) preferred

4. Salesforce Platform Developer I/II

5. Salesforce Sharing & Visibility Designer

6. Salesforce Data Architecture Designer

- Strong experience with:

1. Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows

2. Salesforce security model and governance

3. Data modeling and migration strategies

4. API integrations and middleware solutions

5. CI/CD and Salesforce DevOps practices

- Experience working with multiple Salesforce clouds and enterprise integrations.

- Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams, business users, and senior leadership.
