We are looking for a dynamic Head of Marketing to lead and scale our marketing function. This role will own the end-to-end marketing strategy - from organic growth and performance marketing to partnerships, community, and brand presence. You will work closely with leadership to drive growth, strengthen brand positioning, and build a high-impact marketing team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Marketing Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional marketing team across growth, content, and brand.
- Define and execute the overall marketing strategy aligned with company growth goals.
- Build scalable processes, frameworks, and reporting systems for the marketing function.
2. Organic Growth:
- Drive organic growth through SEO, GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) strategies.
- Improve website visibility, rankings, and inbound lead generation.
- Work with content teams to create search-optimized, high-intent content.
3. Paid Growth:
- Own and scale paid acquisition channels including Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
- Optimize campaign performance, CAC, and ROI across digital channels.
- Experiment with new growth channels and performance strategies.
4. Content & Website:
- Oversee website content and copy strategy to ensure clear positioning and conversion optimization.
- Collaborate with design and product teams to improve user journeys and messaging.
5. Partnerships:
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships that drive distribution, brand awareness, and lead generation.
6. Affiliates & Influencers:
- Build and scale affiliate and influencer programs to expand reach and customer acquisition.
7. Community Development:
- Grow and engage an active community around the brand through meaningful initiatives, conversations, and platforms.
8. Trade Shows & Events:
- Plan and execute the company's presence at industry trade shows, conferences, and events.
- Ensure strong brand visibility and high-quality lead generation from events.
