Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular communication and exceptional service.

2. Sales Management: Identify new business opportunities, upsell and cross-sell products/services, and achieve sales targets.

3. Customer Success: Ensure clients achieve their desired outcomes through our solutions, leading to high satisfaction and retention rates.

4. Account Strategy: Develop strategic account plans to drive client success and business growth.

5. Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and identify areas for improvement.

6. Problem Resolution: Address client issues promptly and effectively, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.

7. Market Insights: Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the eCommerce industry to provide informed recommendations to clients.

8. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams including marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure a seamless client experience.

Qualifications:

1. Experience: Minimum of 3+ years in an account management, sales, or customer success role within the eCommerce industry.

2. Education: MBA degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.

3. Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the eCommerce landscape, including market trends, competitive dynamics, and key players.

4. Category Experience: Prior experience in a category management role within an eCommerce company is highly preferred.

5. Sales Skills: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

6. Customer Focus: Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and delivery exceptional customer service.

7. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

8. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

9. Flexibility: Willingness to work the night shift to support international clients.

10. Tech Savvy: Proficiency with CRM software, eCommerce platforms, and other relevant tools.

Shift Timings:

1. North America Shift Timings: 5.30 PM - 2.00 AM IST

2. Work mode: Remote Position
