Account Manager About Us : At SalesDuo, Inc. we work with Amazon Vendors and Sellers and help them grow their Amazon business and manage their day-day Operations, Catalog and Marketing activities. We are a 4 years old start-up based in Bangalore and have grown 300% in the past 2 years. Responsibilities : - You will be in-charge of maintaining and growing a long-term partnership with our customers - Hands-on business development, vendor onboarding, and account management - Develop a deep understanding of the customer's business and catalog and nurture the accounts - Explore up-sell/cross-sell opportunities to grow the accounts to set targets for the year - Work with internal stakeholders to ensure all customer deliverables are managed as per expected timelines - To work on retention of existing revenue as well and grow the accounts - The role would involve working during the US shifts Requirements: - Must have a Master's in Business Administration from a Premier B-school or equivalent qualification - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to collaborate effectively within a multicultural environment - Strong business acumen - Eager to learn - Thoughtful, curious and a problem-solver - Good working knowledge of MS Office, Excel and Macros - Maintain composure in critical situations and communicate clearly with both internal and external stakeholders - Willingness and ability to travel.
