Job Title: Sales Training Manager

Job Description:

- Design and deliver sales training programs for mutual fund sales teams.

- Conduct induction and ongoing product/process training to enhance sales effectiveness.

- Assess training needs, develop relevant materials, and ensure effective knowledge transfer on AMC products and compliance.

- Own and drive all induction and training pertaining to PM internship CSR program as mandated by govt.

- Monitor training impact to identify training effectiveness.

- Create and update product content and training content from time to time in line with regulatory and market changes.

- Drive adoption of Gen AI new age tools for targeted audience.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree required.

- Post graduate with 3-5 years of experience in capital markets is preferred. Strong communication and facilitation skills essential.
