Role Overview:

As the Sales Training and Development Manager - BFSI, Equity, Wealth Advisory, you will be instrumental in shaping the sales capabilities of our wealth management team. Your day-to-day will involve designing, developing, and delivering comprehensive training programs focused on BFSI products, equity markets, and wealth advisory services. You will collaborate closely with sales leaders, product specialists, and compliance teams to ensure our sales force is equipped with the knowledge, skills, and tools necessary to excel in a competitive market. Ultimately, your efforts will directly impact revenue generation, client satisfaction, and the overall growth of our wealth management business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive sales training programs focused on BFSI products, equity markets, and wealth advisory services for new and existing sales professionals, enhancing their product knowledge and sales techniques.

- Conduct needs assessments and performance analysis to identify skill gaps and training requirements within the sales team, ensuring training initiatives are aligned with business objectives.

- Design and deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and e-learning modules, utilizing various instructional methods to cater to different learning styles and maximize knowledge retention.

- Partner with product specialists and compliance teams to ensure training materials are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with industry regulations, mitigating risk and maintaining ethical standards.

- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback surveys, and performance metrics, continuously improving content and delivery methods to optimize learning outcomes.

- Coach and mentor sales professionals on best practices in wealth advisory, sales strategies, and client relationship management, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

- Manage the training budget and resources effectively, ensuring optimal utilization of funds and maximizing the return on investment in training initiatives.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to design, develop, and deliver engaging and effective sales training programs within the BFSI and wealth management sectors.

- Proven expertise in wealth management products, equity markets, and financial planning principles, enabling you to effectively train sales professionals on complex financial concepts.

- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey information to diverse audiences and build rapport with sales professionals.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess training needs, identify skill gaps, and develop targeted training solutions.

- Deep understanding of sales processes, client relationship management, and regulatory compliance within the financial services industry.

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or relevant certifications (e.g., CFP, NISM) are preferred.

- Adaptable to an on-site work environment in Bangalore, fostering collaboration and engagement with the sales team.
