Sales Trader - Equity & Derivatives

Job Description:

BugleRock Capital, a premier wealth management and family office services firm, seeks an experienced Equity & Derivatives Sales Trader to manage trading and advisory for our discerning clientele in Bengaluru.

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute sophisticated equity and derivatives strategies (NSE/BSE) for HNI wealth management portfolios (5-10 Cr AUM).

- Provide tailored market intelligence and trade execution for Multi-Family Office (MFO) mandates (25 Cr+ AUM).

- Cultivate enduring relationships with high-net-worth clients through proactive sales, risk management, and performance optimization.

- Collaborate with investment strategy teams to align trading with bespoke asset allocation objectives.

Qualifications:

- MBA, CFA, or CFA Level 2 preferred, complemented by relevant NISM certifications (e.g., Series VIII, X).

- Minimum 5 years in equity/derivatives sales trading, ideally serving wealth management or family office clients.

- Demonstrated proficiency in client P&L delivery, market analysis, and regulatory compliance.

- Strong affinity for capital markets, with exceptional communication skills for sophisticated stakeholders.
