Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Execution:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive business strategy for retail TMT sales.
- Identify growth opportunities and optimize market penetration.
- Ensure alignment of strategy with overall business objectives.
Dealer, Distributor & Retailer Management:
- Oversee micro-management of dealer/distributor/retailer operations.
- Strengthen relationships with existing partners and onboard new dealers/distributors.
- Implement performance tracking systems to enhance efficiency.
Network Expansion & Market Development:
- Drive network expansion by identifying and onboarding new dealers and distributors.
- Conduct market research to assess demand and optimize distribution channels.
- Develop incentive programs to encourage dealer participation and loyalty.
Sales & Revenue Growth:
- Collaborate with sales teams to increase revenue and market share.
- Implement pricing strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
Operational Efficiency & Compliance:
- Ensure smooth operations across the dealer/distributor network.
- Maintain compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Optimize supply chain and logistics for seamless product availability.
Reporting & Stakeholder Communication:
- Provide regular updates to the Managing Director (MD) on strategy execution.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align business goals.
- Present data-driven insights for informed decision-making.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 15+ years of experience in retail sales, dealer/distributor management, and business strategy.
- Expertise in network expansion, micro-management, and market penetration.
- Proven ability to lead teams, drive business growth, and execute large-scale strategies.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
