Job Summary:
- We are seeking a sharp, data-driven, and strategic Sales Strategist to develop and optimize our sales approach for growth, scalability, and performance.
- This role will work closely with senior leadership and the sales team to analyze market trends, enhance processes, and execute high-impact strategies that drive revenue and customer acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and refine strategic sales plans based on market research, competition, and performance data
- Analyze sales data and customer insights to identify growth opportunities and target segments
- Collaborate with sales teams to optimize lead generation, pipeline management, and conversion strategies
- Design sales workflows, playbooks, and best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Monitor KPIs, forecast performance, and prepare regular reports for leadership
- Align sales strategies with product, marketing, and customer success teams
- Evaluate and implement sales tools and CRM enhancements to support strategy
- Train and support sales teams in executing new strategies and tracking results
- Conduct win/loss analysis and identify areas of improvement across the sales funnel
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging sales technologies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
- 4+ years of experience in sales strategy, revenue operations, or business development
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Excel, CRM (e.g., Salesforce), and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience in building and scaling sales processes and GTM strategies
- Excellent communication, project management, and collaboration skills
- Understanding of sales performance metrics, forecasting, and pipeline health
