Role Overview:
As a Sales Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in expanding the client base and driving adoption of our software solutions. Youll engage with large financial institutions and other market participants to showcase the value and impact of our product.
This is an exciting opportunity for professionals with 35 years of SaaS sales experience selling to financial institutions or corporates, who are eager to make an impact in Indias fixed income market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and develop a sales pipeline.
- Define and execute the sales strategy for software adoption within the ideal customer profile.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Product and Customer Success) to ensure seamless onboarding and delivery.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
- 25 years of experience in SaaS sales to financial institutions or large corporates (preferred).
- Postgraduate degree in a finance discipline.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively.
