About the Role:


- We are seeking a confident, presentable, and proactive Sales Specialist to join our real
estate team. The candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients,
conducting follow-ups, and maintaining client relationships through both telephonic and
on-field engagement.


- This role requires excellent communication skills, persistence, and an ability to represent the brand with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:


- Generate new leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and online inquiries.

- Respond promptly to client queries and provide property information or inspection schedules.

- Assist clients through the property buying or leasing process with a consultative approach.

- Maintain regular communication with potential and existing clients.

- Update CRM systems with lead status and progress reports.

- Coordinate property site visits and inspections when required.

- Support marketing initiatives to enhance property visibility.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 1-3 years of experience in real estate sales, customer service, or telesales.

- Fluency in English communication is mandatory.

- Confident, articulate, and well-presented personality.

- Comfortable with cold calling, bulk emailing, and client coordination.

- Knowledge of the Mumbai property market is an advantage.


- Must be self-driven, target-oriented, and able to handle client interactions
