Role: We are looking for an experienced B2B Enterprise Sales professional to drive sales of Managed Services, NOC Services, Network Services and Infrastructure Services. Key Responsibilities: - Drive enterprise sales and build/manage sales pipeline. - Engage with CIOs, IT Heads, Infrastructure Heads and Network Teams. - Sell Managed Services/NOC solutions across enterprise networking environments. - Handle RFP/RFQ responses, customer workshops and technical demos. - Work with pre-sales and delivery teams to close opportunities. - Drive multi-year managed services contracts. Requirements: - 5-10 years of B2B enterprise sales experience. - 4+ years of hands-on sales experience in Managed Services / NOC / Network / Infrastructure / IT Services. - Experience selling solutions involving Wireless, Switching, Firewalls and WAN. - Strong consultative/value-based selling experience. - Experience with enterprise customers and CXO-level stakeholders. - Basic understanding of ITIL and operational governance. - Comfortable with 70% Fixed + 30% Variable compensation structure. - Must be willing to work 5 days from office in HSR Layout, Bengaluru.
