About the Role:
We are looking for a Sales Specialist passionate about financial products and customer engagement.
The role is ideal for early-career professionals eager to develop their sales expertise in a dynamic and performance-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct lead generation, outreach, product demos, and customer follow-ups.
- Support senior sales teams in pitching, proposal preparation, and pipeline management.
- Develop strong customer relationships and ensure post-sales servicing.
- Maintain accurate sales data, CRM entries, and daily reporting.
- Work with internal teams to ensure alignment on product features, messaging, and customer requirements.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 1 - 4 years of experience in sales or business development, ideally within financial institutions or fintech.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple leads and maintain high-quality customer interactions.
- Basic proficiency in CRM tools, Excel, and sales dashboards.
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to learn quickly.
Educational Background:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related fields.
- Masters degree is a plus
