We are hiring Sales Specialist - AIF, PMS, IFA
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve AIF and PMS targets within the assigned territory.
- Build, manage, and nurture strong relationships with Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs), wealth management desks, private banks, and other distribution partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the partner network across the region.
- Conduct product presentations, training sessions, and investor awareness programs to enhance partner engagement and sales effectiveness.
- Work closely with the product, research, and marketing teams to support sales initiatives and sharpen the value proposition.
- Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and regulatory developments to adapt sales approaches accordingly.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and organizational guidelines in sales and client engagement processes.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Graduate/Postgraduate, preferably with an MBA or equivalent qualification in finance or marketing.
- 5-10 years of experience in sales within the asset management industry, with a focus on AIFs, PMS, or other investment products.
- Strong existing relationships with IFAs, wealth managers, banks, and distribution partners in the region.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- High degree of self-motivation, entrepreneurial drive, and market awareness.
