Sales Specialist

Description:

- Present product features, benefits, durability, and usage including materials, fabric, finishes, ergonomics, sustainability, etc.

- Build and maintain customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

- Drive revenue by achieving monthly/quarterly sales targets and maximizing conversion rates.

- Prepare and share quotations, pricing, product comparisons, and proposals with customers.

- Coordinate with the design team, operations, warehouse, and delivery teams to ensure timely fulfilment.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, quotes, and orders in CRM or sales tools.

- Resolve concerns related to product choices, delivery status, customizations, and after-sales service by liaising with the respective teams.

- Keep up to date with market trends, competitor offerings, promotional campaigns, and inventory.
