Job Description:
- Identify business opportunities by engaging with CIOs, CTOs, IT Heads, Engineering Managers, and DevOps leaders to understand their software delivery challenges.
- Sell DevOps transformation solutions including CI/CD implementation, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), containerization, Kubernetes, cloud migration, and automation.
- Work closely with Pre-Sales and Solution Architects to design technical solutions that meet customer requirements.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and solution presentation to proposal submission, commercial negotiations, and deal closure.
- Build relationships with OEMs and technology partners such as GitLab, GitHub, Red Hat, Docker, Kubernetes ecosystem vendors, AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, Atlassian, Jenkins, HashiCorp, and others.
- Prepare proposals, RFIs, RFPs, and commercial bids in collaboration with technical and delivery teams.
- Cross-sell and up-sell complementary solutions such as Cloud, Cybersecurity, Application Modernization, Managed Services, and IT Infrastructure.
- Achieve revenue and gross margin targets while maintaining healthy sales pipelines and accurate forecasts.
- Coordinate with delivery teams to ensure smooth project handover after the order is won and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Track market trends and competitor offerings to position the companys DevOps solutions effectively.
- Conduct customer presentations, workshops, and solution demonstrations to showcase business value rather than only technical features.
- Maintain long-term customer relationships to generate repeat business, renewals, and strategic account growth.
