Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sales Capture Practitioner to lead the shaping, selling, and closing of complex deals - both single and multi-service. You will be responsible for developing winning strategies, leading negotiations, and driving deals to successful closure. This is a strategic, high-visibility role with significant impact on business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end deal shaping, selling, and closing processes.

- Develop and implement win strategies and negotiation plans.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to inform decision-making.

- Provide innovative solutions to challenges affecting multiple teams.

- Analyze market trends and competitive activity to refine deal strategies.

- Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance sales effectiveness.

Must Have Qualifications

- Minimum 12 years of experience in Sales Pursuit Management.

- Proven track record in shaping and closing large-scale deals.

- Expertise in sales methodologies, strategies, and execution.

- Strong client engagement and negotiation skills.

- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

Qualifications & Experience:

- The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Sales Pursuit Management.

- 15 years full time education is required.
