Description:
- Job Purpose - Responsible for ensuring all performance data for the sales arm is properly collected and maintained, and detailed insights on the same is reported to the senior management.
- Functional Activities - Support in the design, operation, and enhancement of performance measurement and analytics capabilities across the sales function.
- Assist in building performance management capabilities for the sales function and further advice on best practices in line with industry/competitor practices.
- Support the development of performance measures in line with industry trends and practices; monitor competitor performance and asses its application in the organizations context.
- Ensure the process for measuring criteria to analyse performance is compliant, precise and in line with the functional and organizational goals.
- Assess the overall performance in the organization and deliver key takeaways on a timely basis to drive improvement and growth in sales.
- Conduct deep dive analyses into select areas of growth, becoming the subject matter expert.
- Actively suggest solutions and recommended plan of action to improve performance of sales.
- Participate in the development of firms performance goals and KPIs.
- Any other additional responsibility could be assigned to the role holder from time to time as a standalone project or regular work.
- The same would be suitably represented in the Primary responsibilities and agreed between the incumbent, reporting officer and HR.

Educational and Experience Requirements:

- Minimum Experience Requirement 2-3 years of experience in performance management, sales, and data analysis.
- Desired Experience Prior experience in the aviation sector is an advantage.
