Key Responsibilities:
Sales Operations & Enablement:
- Support global sales teams by providing operational assistance, documentation, and process improvements.
- Collect feedback from sellers and internal stakeholders to enhance workflows, tooling, and enablement materials.
- Monitor and update key components of the sales pipeline using standardized tools and methodologies.
- Assist in ensuring data accuracy and completeness across sales systems and operational dashboards.
Salesforce & Tools Management:
- Work extensively with Salesforce (IntermediateAdvanced level) to support reporting, data quality, pipeline tracking, and user queries.
- Use Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, data manipulation) and PowerPoint to prepare dashboards, insights, and presentations.
- Leverage MS Teams, SharePoint, and other collaboration tools for content management and communication.
Meeting & Event Coordination:
- Support planning, coordination, and execution of internal team meetings, offsites, sales reviews, and training sessions.
- Partner with Commercial Leaders and Marketing/Event teams to ensure clear alignment on objectives, deliverables, and timelines for all team-facing events.
- Manage logistics, scheduling, agenda building, and preparation of meeting materials and decks.
Process Optimization:
d- Identify gaps in current processes and proactively recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and seller productivity.
- Help maintain and improve documentation for sales processes, workflows, and best practices.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline communication, ensure consistency, and maintain operational discipline.
What You Will Bring:
- 4+ years of experience in Sales Support, Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, or Sales Enablement roles.
- Strong understanding of sales pipeline tools, methodologies, and forecasting practices.
- Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Salesforce.com with hands-on experience supporting sales teams.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas) and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.
- Experience using MS Teams and SharePoint for collaboration and documentation.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
- Ability to partner effectively with Sales, Marketing, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- High attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
