Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly analytical and performance-driven Sales Operations Analyst to optimize and support sales planning, strategy, and execution across multiple business lines. You will be instrumental in enabling a high-performing sales function through data-driven insights, territory design, incentive management, and quota planning. This role requires deep expertise in business intelligence tools and strong cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and manage end-to-end sales performance dashboards and reports using Excel and Power BI.
- Lead annual target setting, sales quota allocation, and compensation planning in coordination with Sales Leadership and HR.
- Optimize territory design and account assignments to maximize sales coverage and efficiency.
- Deliver actionable insights to improve pipeline visibility, sales forecasting accuracy, and win-rate analysis.
- Establish governance frameworks and standard operating procedures for sales operations excellence.
- Serve as the strategic partner to sales leaders for performance reviews, reporting cadence, and business planning.
- Support data integration efforts from CRM, ERP, and analytics platforms to ensure data integrity and alignment.
- Collaborate with Finance, HR, and Technology teams to automate workflows and enhance sales productivity.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Experience: 3-7+ years in sales operations, business planning, or revenue operations, preferably in a technology-driven organization.
- Tools & Technologies: Proven expertise in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex datasets and present meaningful insights to senior stakeholders.
- Experience in managing target and quota planning, compensation modeling, and territory design is essential.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a proactive, hands-on approach.
- Excellent communication skills and a structured problem-solving orientation.
