What's This Role About?
As a Sales Manager - Time Solutions, you will be driving new business acquisition across enterprise accounts.
The focus will be on Time & Attendance, Workforce Automation, Biometric Solutions, CCTC, and other enterprise digital transformation products related to employee tracking and operational visibility.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Generate and convert leads from enterprise clients.
- Drive consultative solution-based sales and build long-term client relationships.
- Prepare sales forecasts, account plans, and pipeline management using Salesforce or similar tools.
- Stay ahead of market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver demos, solution walkthroughs, and negotiate deals.
- Represent the company in high-level CXO conversations including with CTOs, CIOs, CHROs, and Digital Transformation leaders.
- Own and achieve your monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
What You Bring:
- 5-8 years of experience in B2B enterprise sales (Time & Attendance, Workforce Management, HRTech, or Digital Solutions).
- Strong understanding of industries like Manufacturing, Logistics, BFSI, Retail, GCCs, and others that depend on workforce tracking.
- A proven sales track record, especially in high-value consultative sales.
- Great communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to navigate complex sales cycles and close large deals.
Nice-to-Have (Bonus Skills):
- Understanding of HRMS/Payroll automation.
- Previous experience with Biometric, CCTC, or workforce security-related sales.
- People/team management experience.
- Advanced degree in Sales/Tech/Business (preferred but not mandatory).
