Job Description - Sales Manager (Wood Flooring/Kitchens/Sanitary)

- Candidate having 8+ years expeience would be required to drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets in the wood floors/kitchens/sanitary segment

- Build strong relationships with architects, designers, builders, and key clients

- Provide expert consultation on wood flooring products and solutions

- Lead, motivate, and monitor sales team performance

- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences

- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates

- Manage pricing, negotiations, and closure of high-value deals

- Coordinate with operations and installation teams for seamless project delivery

- Ensure high customer satisfaction and effective after-sales support
