Sales Manager - Telematics & Fleet Solutions - Bangalore
Job Description:
The Sales Manager will be responsible for presenting the company's comprehensive solutions to customers, while offering guidance, training, and support during the initial interactions and Proof of Concept (POC) phases.
The role further involves driving customer engagement through to successful contractual agreements, thereby contributing to the organization's topline and bottom-line objectives. In addition, the Sales Manager is expected to nurture long-term, sustainable, and mutually beneficial relationships with customers, fostering satisfaction, loyalty, and business growth.
About:
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong customer relationships, acting as the primary point of contact during sales qualification and ensuring smooth transition to Customer Success teams at onboarding.
- Solution Design: Collaborate with pre-sales to develop optimal solutions, oversee POC/trials within agreed timelines, and ensure successful commercial onboarding with effective handovers.
- Customer Engagement & Adoption: Support product adoption through industry insights, QBRs/QSRs, and regular customer interactions, while driving loyalty via updates, best practices, and market intelligence.
- Customer & Industry Advocacy: Represent customer needs internally, contribute to customer-centric initiatives, stay updated on industry trends, and partner with marketing to drive events, workshops, and process improvements.
