Job Summary:



As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth within the telecom sector and expanding our presence in key target markets including cell/pack manufacturers and energy storage. You will leverage your deep understanding of the lithium-ion battery, energy storage, or EV landscape, coupled with your sales expertise, to establish strong relationships with telecom operators and other strategic clients. Responsibilities:



Sales Strategy and Execution:



- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed annual business

targets within the assigned sectors.



- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within telecom operators, cell/pack manufacturers, and the energy storage sector.



- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers at target clients.



- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions based on our product portfolio.



- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to contract closure and post-sales support.



Telecom Customer Focus:



- Leverage hands-on experience in sales with telecom customers or clients to penetrate this critical market.



- Understand the specific requirements and procurement processes of telecom operators.



- Identify and engage with key stakeholders within telecom organizations.



Market Development:



- Successfully enter at least two telecom operators as new clients within the first year.



- Focus on developing three key sectors: cell/pack manufacturers, telecom operators, and energy storage.



- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.



- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.



Relationship Management:



- Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and explore upselling opportunities.



- Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts.



Reporting and Forecasting:



- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports on a regular basis.



- Track sales activities and progress against targets.



- Provide insights and feedback to the leadership team on market trends and customer needs.
