Position: Sales Manager - Staffing.
Location: Bangalore (1 opening) & Chennai (1 opening).
Reports to: Senior Manager / GM / AGM.
Working Days: Monday to Friday.
Shift Timings: 09:00 AM - 06:00 PM.
About the Role
We are seeking dynamic and driven Sales Managers to lead new client acquisition in the staffing business.
This role focuses on building strong CXO-level relationships, driving revenue growth, and closing large accounts.
It's a target-driven role requiring strategic prospecting, relationship management, and consistent sales pipeline development.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new clients and meet headcount & revenue targets.
- Prospect through cold calling, networking, referrals, and other channels.
- Conduct minimum 2 in-person client meetings daily and work from office every day.
- Manage multiple sales opportunities in parallel.
- Prepare accurate monthly & quarterly sales forecasts.
- Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client service delivery.
Requirements.
- MBA (preferred), ideally from a premium B-school.
- Minimum 3 years of corporate sales experience in a competitive market.
- Proven hunting skills with a strong network and relationship-building capability.
- High adaptability, learnability, and result-oriented mindset.
