Key Responsibilities:
Market Development & Strategic Partnerships:
- Develop and execute a strategic plan for partnership acquisition.
- Initiate and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers within target companies and organizations.
- Negotiate and structure mutually beneficial partnership agreements that drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing) to ensure seamless integration and successful implementation of partnerships.
Business Growth & Client Acquisition:
- Proactively identify and qualify new client prospects, aligning their needs with the company offerings.
- Partner with the Sales team to close deals and onboard new clients, ensuring a smooth transition.
Requirements:
- Thorough understanding of B2B post sales process and sales environment.
- Should have acquired ample amount of human capital during his/her career.
- Strong understanding of recruitment and staffing industry.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
